Before welding, work pieces are firmly spot welded, the joints are clean, arc starting and ending plates are fixed.
 
Equipment Overview:
1. Tower external longitudinal seam welding using gantry walking, work piece fixing mode; welding gantry walking speed adopts servo stepless speed regulation, can meet the requirements of welding speed adjustment.
2. In view of the tower has a certain taper, adjustable rotator using screw adjusting type, the distance between roller seats adjust through the manual screw; according to the internal longitudinal seam to adjust the spacing between the roller seats, make the longitudinal welding in horizontal position as far as possible
3. Internal longitudinal seam welding machine head is equipped with two dimensional mechanical tracking mechanism, can reduce the frequent adjustments due to cylinder placed errors.
4. Near the machine head equipped with TV surveillance cameras, convenient welding observation
5. Welding rotator walking, welding start or stop control is linkage with welding power supply
